Media Studies January MOCK exam: Tuesday 21st January 1.30-2.45pm in R15
Countdown: 18 days to go
The mock will be Section A of the exam. Four questions on a media text you will view at the start of the exam 3 ties. Get revising MIGRAIN!!!!!

You need to answer a question under each of the four headings:

Media Institutions
 example question: How does the institution take an original and positive approach to road safety
advertising?
 2 Media Forms
 example question: How does mise-en-scène contribute to the impact of the film?
 3 Media Representations
 example question: How is family represented in the film?
 4 Media Audiences
 example question: Why does the film appeal to such a wide audience?

Tips: look at Youtube clips of TV trailers of shows and analyse them using MIGRAIN and the four headings above
